What this covers

This policy explains how Dean Murad handles the information you submit when you request a free growth audit on growth.deanmurad.com, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your practice's name, website and city.
• Your answers about your practice: type, size, revenue range, marketing spend, main challenge and timeline.
• How you found this page, including the referring site and campaign tags, and basic technical details such as your IP address and browser.

Please don't include any patient information. The audit is about your business, never your patients.

How I use it

• To prepare your Growth Snapshot by reviewing publicly available information about your practice alongside your answers.
• To contact you about your audit.
• If you ticked the speed to lead box, to send one test inquiry to your practice or call it to measure response time.
• If you ticked the email box, to send you occasional emails about growing a practice. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information. If your practice looks like a fit for one of my agencies, your details may be shared with Dental Marketing Canada (dental practices) or MINA Medical Marketing (medical, surgical and aesthetic clinics) so they can follow up. I use service providers to host this site and manage contacts, and they only process your information on my behalf.

How long I keep it

I keep audit requests for as long as they're useful for following up with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to PRIVACY_CONTACT.
